This waterside condo is accessed by one flight of stairs, and offers two bedrooms (one queen that sleeps 2, and one twin pull-out trundle bed that sleeps 2), a spacious dining and living room, a lovely galley kitchen, and all of the basic amenities to help you feel right at home on the NH seacoast. One note: This unit does not have a cooking stove, but has a toaster oven, coffee maker, fridge, microwave and all of the other amenities for food and bev prep. It's also fully equiped with AC to keep you nice and cool during summer months. We welcome house-trained four legged friends.  One parking spot is available directly in front of the condo. Additional parking is available down the street (0.3 miles) at a parking Garage. Guests are granted access to their unit with a smart code key pad.  We look forward to welcoming you to the seacoast!
